Who We Are
Our present partnership comprises of thirteen partners and was formed by the 1987 merger of Hawkins & Co (head office Hitchin, established 1591) and Russell Jones & Co (head office Welwyn Garden City, established in 1931). Our emphasis is on providing excellent client care, ensuring clear communication and offering good, sound advice, all at a reasonable price. In addition partner level involvement is guaranteed in all work undertaken, regardless of size, to ensure that all clients can benefit from the depth of expertise within the firm. First established over 400 years ago, HRJ still plays an important role in the local community today, regularly holding free seminars advising on areas such as tax planning and licensing and publishing an informative range of newsletters.
