David Bruton

David trained with Bellamy Bestford and Co in London and qualified as a solicitor in 1970. He joined Hawkins & Co in 1972 and became a Partner in 1976. He specialises in the administration of estates, wills and inheritance tax, trusts and lifetime asset gifting. He is experienced in Court of Protection matters, including acting as a Receiver.

David is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the Law Society's Probate Section and Solicitors for the Elderly.
