Mel qualified as a Legal Executive in 1999, becoming a Fellow of the Institute in 2001. She initially practised in all aspects of family law. She continued with her studies to qualify as a solicitor in 2006. Mel specialises in all aspects of conveyancing including equity release, transfer of equity and remortgage matters. Mel also has an interest in leasehold matters as well as shared ownership and key-worker schemes
