Charles trained with Hartley & Hine in Hitchin qualifying as a Solicitor in 1974. He joined the firm in 1974 when it merged with Hartley & Hine and became a Partner in 1979. Karen trained with Vinters in Cambridge and qualified as a Solicitor in 1979. She joined the firm in 1981 becoming a Partner in 1985 was Managing Partner in 2001 until 2007. Geraldine trained with Jackson & Canter in Liverpool and qualified as a Solicitor in 1979. She joined the firm in 1987 and became a Partner in 1989 and Managing Partner in 2007. CLARE WALLER - PARTNER AND HEAD OF THE EMPLOYMENT TEAM
Clare joined the firm as a trainee Solicitor in 1997 and qualified as a Solicitor in 1999. She became a Partner and Head of the Employment Team in April 2002. Clare deals with various aspects of commercial law both contentious and non contentious. She has experience of complex racial discrimination, transfer of undertakings and constructive dismissal claims in both the Employment Tribunal and the Court of Appeal.
Clare has recently been awarded a Post Graduate Certificate in employment law by the University of East Anglia and is currently studying for a Masters Degree.
