Accidents can happen while you are on holiday. Generally a claim must be pursued through the courts of the country where the accident occurred. This can be a problem if your holiday took place abroad. However, in some cases it may be possible to pursue a claim against the tour operator for the injury sustained, through the English and Welsh courts.
