We understand that affording proper legal advice and representation can be a worry. We do not undertake Public Funded work (previously known as Legal Aid). We can however offer fixed fees for undefended divorces and will submit bills on a monthly basis to enable you to keep your legal costs under review. In certain cases we will agree to accept payment over a period of time, enabling you to pay a regular monthly sum towards your legal fees as your case progresses. We will always provide you with an estimate of our fees at the outset of the case and will update this estimate promptly should further issues or difficulties arise.
